At ChicWaxology, I prioritize in creating a serene and intimate environment for all our clients to enjoy their waxing experiences. To ensure that every appointment is as comfortable and personalized as possible, I kindly request that you come alone to your waxing sessions.

No-Show
If you book an appointment and fail to attend without prior notification (no-call, no-show), it impacts not only the business, but also other clients who are waiting for their chance to experience our services.
After two instances of no-shows, clients will no longer be able to schedule future appointments with ChicWaxology.
Lateness
I kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please let me know in advance. Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification will be automatically canceled and marked as a no-show. I appreciate your understanding and will do my best to accommodate your situation based on my schedule.
Payments
I do not require any payment upon booking your appointment. Payments will be collected after your service. We gladly accept Cash, Zelle, and Cash App.
